In accordance with China’s Individual Income Tax regulations, all employees are kindly requested to complete the confirmation or new submission of personal income tax special additional deductions for the year 2026 through the Individual Income Tax App.
The special additional deduction items include, but are not limited to:
Children’s education
Childcare for children under 3 years old
Continuing education
Housing loan interest
Housing rent
Elderly care
Major medical expenses
Please ensure that all information is submitted accurately, truthfully, and in a timely manner. The confirmed deduction information will be directly applied to monthly payroll tax withholding and will also affect the annual individual income tax reconciliation.
Failure to complete or correctly update the information in time may result in:
Higher-than-necessary monthly tax withholding
Additional payment requirements or complicated refund procedures during the annual tax settlement
To safeguard your personal tax benefits and ensure smooth payroll processing, please complete the confirmation as soon as possible.
