RoHS Silicone Raw Material Certificate
Our RoHS silicone raw materials have passed the EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) certification, ensuring they do not contain harmful substances such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). The test reports are issued by authoritative third-party institutions like SGS, complying with international environmental standards. Additionally, we hold REACH registration certificates to ensure supply chain compliance, and we have obtained UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating certification, suitable for electronic and electrical products.

Capabilities
This silicone raw material features excellent high-temperature resistance (-60°C to 250°C), good flexibility, and insulation properties, with a hardness range of 20-80 Shore A, and customizable colors and thicknesses. It has strong anti-aging capabilities, resistance to UV and chemical corrosion, and supports injection molding, extrusion, and compression molding. With high production efficiency and a defect rate below 1%, it is suitable for large-scale customized production.
