- Department Member Distribution: Domestic Trade Department, International Trade Department, Operations Department, Graphic Design Department
- Team collaboration allocation: The domestic trade department is responsible for pre-sales and after-sales service to domestic customers, the foreign trade department is responsible for pre-sales and after-sales service to overseas customers, the operations department manages the platform to provide inquiries to the business department, and the technology department is responsible for providing image materials to the business and operations departments.

- Department Member Distribution: Raw material quality inspection, pre-production quality inspection, production quality inspection, post-process quality inspection, packaging and shipping quality inspection, after-sales quality control
- Team collaboration allocation: Raw material quality control is responsible for managing the quality of silicone and plastic raw materials, pre-production quality control is responsible for inspecting finished silicone and processed plastic raw materials, production quality control is responsible for conducting routine inspections of products in the silicone molding and plastic injection molding workshops, post-processing quality control is responsible for inspecting the quality of silicone and plastic products before post-processing (e.g., spray painting, laser engraving), packaging and shipping quality control is responsible for inspecting purchased packaging materials and export cartons, after-sales quality control is responsible for liaising with sales to handle quality issues raised by customers.

- Team collaboration allocation: The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for preparing financial statements, closing accounts, and managing accounting records, the Tax accountants are responsible for tax accounting, tax declaration, and tax planning,The Cost Accountant is responsible for cost forecasting, control, accounting, and analysis, the Expense and AP/AR Accountant are responsible for employee expense reimbursements and verifying accounts receivable and payable, The Cashier is responsible for bank deposits, cash receipts and payments, journal management, and cash deposits and withdrawals. They are strictly prohibited from concurrently managing auditing and accounting file safekeeping.
