To actively promote employee well-being, strengthen team spirit, and support community cultural development, employees of Shenzhen WeijiaMei Technology Co., Ltd. (WJM Silicone) recently participated in the “Building Together, Happy Employees” 2025 Staff Tug-of-War Fun Sports Event organized by Longxin Community.
The event was held on May 10 at Shenzhen Shandi Spring Foreign Language School and was jointly organized by the Longxin Community Party Committee and the Longxin Community Trade Union Federation, with the Longxin Community People’s Congress Office and Zhong Ge Mediation Studio as co-organizers. A total of 120 participants from different enterprises in the community formed 10 teams and took part in the competition.
As an enterprise that values corporate culture and employee development, WeijiaMei actively encourages staff to participate in community and sports activities. Through this event, employees not only strengthened communication and collaboration with peers from other companies, but also demonstrated the positive, energetic, and united spirit of the WJM team.
The event officially began with an opening ceremony and leadership speeches, followed by a series of well-designed team competitions, including:
Dry Curling Game – testing strategy, coordination, and teamwork
Rolling Wheels – emphasizing execution, balance, and group cooperation
Speed Brain Challenge 24 – combining physical action with mental agility
Tug-of-War Tournament – the highlight of the day, pushing the atmosphere to its peak
During the competitions, WJM employees fully engaged in each challenge, supporting one another and fighting side by side, which vividly reflected the company’s spirit of unity, dedication, and continuous progress.
This fun sports event not only enriched employees’ spare-time life and enhanced physical fitness, but also further strengthened team cohesion and a sense of collective honor. It also demonstrated WeijiaMei’s commitment to people-oriented management, employee care, and social responsibility.
In the future, Shenzhen WeijiaMei Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to actively participate in and organize various cultural and sports activities, continuously building a healthier, more united, and more energetic team, and injecting long-term vitality into the company’s sustainable development.
