On March 24, 2026, at 19:00, WJM organized an internal recruitment training session led by the Human Resources department, targeting the company’s management team. The session focused on redefining recruitment strategies in line with the company’s long-term development goals and talent philosophy.
During the training, the HR representative highlighted a key shift in hiring mindset: moving away from an experience-oriented approach and instead focusing on identifying and cultivating young talent with high potential.
