To enhance cross-department product understanding and strengthen integrated business capabilities, WJM organized an internal training session on March 26, led by Mr. Fu Jun, Head of Silicone Automotive Products.
The session was specifically designed for the WJM Business Department, whose primary focus is Silicone Protective Cases for POS terminals. Through this training, team members gained deeper insights into WJM’s expanding range of silicone automotive interior components and accessories.
During the session, Mr. Fu provided a comprehensive overview of silicone applications in the automotive sector, particularly in the rapidly evolving new energy vehicle (NEV) market. He highlighted key product categories such as interior protective parts, functional silicone accessories, and customized automotive components—demonstrating how WJM’s manufacturing capabilities can meet diverse client needs across industries.
The training emphasized not only product knowledge but also the importance of cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities by leveraging WJM’s full product portfolio.
At the conclusion of the session, Mr. Zhong Xiaoping, General Head of WJM, delivered an inspiring message:
