On the morning of July 15, 2026, Shenzhen WJM Silicone & Plastic Electronic Co., Ltd. organized an internal AI workplace application training session. The training was presented by Mr. Deng Wei under the theme:
"AI is Reshaping the Workplace: If You Don't Learn It Now, Your Role Will Be Redefined."
The session focused on how AI tools can be applied to daily work, helping employees better understand current AI technologies and explore practical ways to improve efficiency across marketing, product development, and business operations.
The training began with an overview of several AI platforms currently used in the workplace, including ByteDance's Coze and Volcano Engine, as well as Tencent Workbuddy. The main focus of the session was the practical workflow capabilities provided by Tencent Workbuddy.
Participants were introduced to the current stage of artificial intelligence development, commonly referred to as Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI). Rather than replacing human decision-making, today's AI systems rely on high-quality prompts, continuous interaction, and knowledge input to produce increasingly accurate and useful results.
One of the key parts of the training demonstrated how AI can support competitive analysis.
Using Workbuddy as an example, Mr. Deng analyzed overseas competitor WITGOER, comparing its performance in product categories such as screen protectors and automotive sunshades across international e-commerce platforms.
