WJM Issues 2025 Labor Day Holiday Safety Notice and Typhoon Preparedness Guidelines

According to the latest meteorological forecast, Typhoon No.1 “Butterfly” is expected to affect Guangdong Province during the 2025 Labor Day holiday period, potentially bringing heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds exceeding level 8.

To ensure the safety of all enterprises and employees within the industrial park, Shenzhen WJM hereby issues the following holiday safety guidelines. All departments and personnel are required to strictly implement the preventive measures.

Pre-Holiday Safety Inspection
All enterprises should conduct comprehensive safety inspections before the holiday, including electrical systems, fire safety, and equipment checks. Emergency contact information must be submitted to the park management in advance.
Electrical Safety Management
During the holiday, power and lighting systems in workshops and warehouses should be shut down whenever possible to eliminate electrical hazards.
Doors, Windows, and Water System Checks
Before leaving, ensure all doors and windows are properly locked. Inspect water supply systems for leaks and turn off the main water valve to prevent flooding risks.
Vehicle and Property Safety
Vehicles should be parked properly and locked. Valuables should be carried with you and not left inside vehicles.
Travel Safety Reminder
Due to increased travel during the holiday and potential severe weather conditions, please plan trips carefully, avoid fatigue driving, and prioritize safety.
