From 9:30 to 10:30 on February 26, 2025, the E-commerce Department of WJM successfully held a training and sharing session. The session was delivered by team member Wang Jing, with the theme “From ‘Possession’ to ‘Creation’ — Redefining the Value Coordinates of Life.”
The session aimed to guide employees to shift their mindset from merely “owning resources” to actively “creating value,” thereby achieving both personal growth and professional development.
During the sharing, Wang Jing combined her own work experience and e-commerce operations practices to deeply explain the essential difference between “possession” and “creation.” She emphasized that true growth does not come from how much one owns, but from how much value one creates, how many problems one solves, and how many people one influences.
She also encouraged team members to continuously improve their learning ability and innovation awareness in daily work, transforming from passive execution to proactive creation. Through continuous accumulation and breakthroughs, employees can enhance both individual capability and overall team efficiency.
The atmosphere on site was active and engaging, with employees listening attentively and actively participating in discussions. Many participants expressed that the training broadened their thinking and provided clearer direction for their career development.
In the future, WJM will continue to strengthen its diversified learning and training system, build a learning-oriented organization, and support mutual growth between employees and the company to achieve long-term value creation.
