WJM Successfully Hosts the 6th Book Sharing Session to Promote Learning Culture

On August 23, 2025, Shenzhen WJM successfully आयोजित its 6th Book Sharing Session, continuing its commitment to building a learning-oriented organization and fostering intellectual exchange among employees.

This session focused on the theme of collective reading and reflection, featuring selected works inspired by the philosophy of Kazuo Inamori, including “The Way of Life,” “Kyocera Philosophy,” and “The Twelve Management Principles.” These influential books provided valuable insights into personal growth, corporate management, and business ethics.

The event was held from 15:00 to 16:00 in the company’s lecture hall and was hosted by invited moderator Lei Lei, who guided the discussion and encouraged active participation.

During the session, employees delivered 5–10 minute presentations, sharing their personal interpretations, key takeaways, and extended reflections based on the reading materials. The open sharing format created an engaging and interactive atmosphere, allowing participants to learn from diverse perspectives.

To further motivate participation, the session also included a recognition and reward segment, where outstanding contributors received gifts such as books, snacks, and special prizes.

Through this initiative, WJM continues to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to grow together through reading, discussion, and knowledge sharing.
