On May 30, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:30, Shenzhen WJM successfully held the “WJM 3rd/100 Book Sharing Session” in the second-floor lecture hall. Centered on the classic book Ikigai, this event encouraged employees to gain wisdom through reading, deepen understanding through communication, and continuously promote the development of a learning-oriented organization.
This session focused on the well-known work Ikigai, authored by Japanese entrepreneur and writer Kazuo Inamori. The book explores profound themes such as “What is the right way to live as a human being,” offering deep reflections on life values, the meaning of work, and personal philosophy.
During the event, the atmosphere was lively and engaging. Speakers from different departments delivered presentations with carefully prepared PPTs. From the Quality Department, Wang Caiyin shared insights on integrating the concept of “respecting heaven and loving people” into daily quality management practices. From the Sales Department, Zhang Kewen and Xiao Zebo shared how to apply the book’s philosophy in customer service and market expansion. From the Engineering Department, Zeng Ling discussed how maintaining correct values plays a crucial role in technical work and professional growth. The session was smoothly hosted by Wu Minling, ensuring a well-structured and engaging flow throughout the event.
In the free sharing segment, multiple employees actively participated, each delivering speeches of at least five minutes. They shared interpretations of the book from different perspectives, combining theoretical understanding with personal growth experiences. In the thematic discussion session, participants engaged in in-depth dialogue around the topic “What is the right way as a human being,” creating a strong atmosphere of intellectual exchange and reflection.
In addition, an interactive segment was included, where small gifts and refreshments were distributed, enhancing participation and making the learning experience more enjoyable and relaxed.
