On July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Shenzhen WJM organized a company-wide training session focused on the practical application of the 5W2H methodology. The training aimed to enhance employees’ structured thinking, problem-solving abilities, and execution efficiency in daily operations.
The session gathered employees from various departments and was designed to provide a clear and systematic framework for analyzing tasks, improving communication, and optimizing workflow processes.

To enhance understanding, the training incorporated a real-world case study based on a customer factory audit scenario. Through this example, participants practiced breaking down the entire process using the 5W2H framework.
From identifying responsible personnel (WHO) to outlining detailed execution steps (HOW), and estimating associated costs (HOW MUCH), the case demonstrated how 5W2H can be effectively applied in customer-facing situations and internal management processes.
This hands-on approach enabled employees to connect theory with practice, making the learning more engaging and directly applicable to their daily work.
