On April 22, 2026 (14:00–17:30), WJM Business Manager Alan Wang and Operations Manager David Dai attended a Microsoft LinkedIn workshop, focusing on B2B marketing, precise lead generation, and platform tool applications. The session brought together industry experts who shared insights ranging from practical tools and platform data to real-world case studies, providing clear strategies for expanding into global markets.
During the workshop, LinkedIn Marketing Analyst Ebony introduced the key features and application logic of LinkedIn Navigator. By analyzing platform search mechanisms and network structures, she demonstrated how to go beyond the traditional “third-degree connection” limitation to accurately identify target companies and decision-makers.
This approach provides WJM with a scalable method to enhance overseas client acquisition and build high-quality professional networks, significantly improving the team’s digital prospecting capabilities.

Ban, Marketing Manager from Microsoft Shanghai, delivered an in-depth analysis of Microsoft’s global market share and the strategic importance of Microsoft Ads in B2B marketing. Through data comparisons and trend analysis, he highlighted the platform’s ability to deliver high-quality traffic and precise targeting for enterprise-level customer acquisition.
These insights offer valuable guidance for WJM in optimizing its future advertising strategies and strengthening a data-driven marketing approach.

River shared hands-on experience from five years of LinkedIn-based lead generation, presenting successful client acquisition cases and engineering project conversions. The session covered key aspects such as prospecting workflows, communication strategies, content planning, and long-term client relationship management.
Through these real-world examples, the WJM team gained a clearer understanding of the full conversion cycle—from lead generation to project closure—laying a solid foundation for future business growth.

In addition to the learning session, the WJM team connected with their website partner, Haituo Internet, including Lai Yanhong and Wang Min. Both sides engaged in discussions on future collaboration in digital marketing, website optimization, and overseas promotion, followed by a group photo to commemorate the occasion.

This Microsoft LinkedIn workshop not only expanded WJM’s understanding of B2B marketing but also enhanced the team’s capabilities in tool utilization, data analysis, and practical conversion strategies. Moving forward, WJM will continue to foster a learning-driven culture, transforming knowledge into actionable results and driving sustained growth in the global market.
