Offices, molding lines, assembly stations, quality inspection, and the finished-goods warehouse all returned to normal operation on the first working day after the break. October 10 (Saturday), designated a rescheduled workday, was also operated as a regular working day — giving the team additional capacity in its first full week back and helping clear any work that accumulated during the holiday. The restart followed two consecutive public holidays in China: the Mid-Autumn Festival from September 25 to 27, and the National Day holiday from October 1 to 5. Because the two breaks fell so close together, the company treated the period as a single production-planning cycle rather than two separate interruptions. Before the holidays began, the production planning, warehouse, and quality teams completed a full review of open orders, confirmed material provisioning for early October, and finalized shipment arrangements. Molding and inspection equipment was checked and cleaned before production paused, each department carried out a safety hazard inspection of its own area, and unoccupied dormitory rooms were confirmed to have water heaters and other electrical appliances switched off. As a result, the factory returned to the floor with production plans already in place instead of starting from a cold restart. Orders confirmed before the holiday were positioned at the front of the line, and the October production schedule has been rebuilt with committed delivery dates locked in. Tooling work and sampling requests that were queued before the break moved back into the workshop as scheduled. Communication has also resumed at full speed.
