WJM Strengthens Operator Training with Silicone Molding Theory Assessment
On the evening of April 9, 2026, the Silicone Molding Department of Shenzhen WJM organized a theoretical written test for new operators, aiming to reinforce their understanding of key molding principles and improve the integration of theory with practical operations.
The assessment focused on essential knowledge related to silicone molding processes, equipment operation standards, and quality control requirements. By combining structured learning with hands-on practice, WJM continues to enhance the technical capabilities of its workforce and ensure consistent production quality.
This training initiative is also an important part of WJM’s ongoing implementation of 5S management principles within the silicone molding workshop. By strengthening theoretical knowledge through written assessments, new operators gain a clearer understanding of standardized operating procedures, which directly supports the “Standardization (Seiketsu)” and “Discipline (Shitsuke)” aspects of 5S.
Through this approach, employees are encouraged to develop good working habits, follow clear process guidelines, and maintain consistency in daily operations. It not only reduces operational errors during silicone molding but also improves overall production efficiency and workplace organization.
