WJM Strengthens Fire Safety Awareness and Standardizes Meeting Documentation Practices

On April 17, 2026, WJM’s Human Resources Department organized an internal training session led by HR Manager Li Ping, focusing on fire safety knowledge and meeting documentation standardization. The session combined video demonstrations and PPT presentations to deliver clear and practical guidance to employees.

During the training, Li Ping systematically introduced the common types of fires, including electrical fires, flammable liquid fires, and solid material fires. Each category was explained with real-life scenarios, helping employees better understand potential workplace risks. More importantly, the session emphasized the correct selection and use of fire extinguishers, ensuring that staff can respond effectively and safely in emergency situations.

In addition to fire safety, the training also addressed internal management improvements by standardizing the content and format of meeting minutes. Clear guidelines were provided on how to accurately record key discussion points, action items, responsibilities, and timelines.
