Afterwards, we started exchanging emails to obtain detailed customer requirements, including the quantity, color, and whether silk screen logos were needed. Then we will send the quotation to the customer, which will explain the product information, quantity, price, shipping cost, and delivery time. After sending confirmation to the customer, PI will be sent to the customer for payment. After completing the payment, we will arrange production.
Because it is a new color, we need to modulate it and then make a sample for the customer to confirm the finished product before producing the bulk product, which can avoid color differences and other issues. After the production is completed, the customer will be notified of the packaging before arranging delivery. We will provide specific courier names and delivery times for customers to check the progress of the goods. After the final delivery, we will ask the customer for feedback, indicating that they can contact us at any time if they have any needs in the future for deeper cooperation.
